Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Bunny Corner. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered from our online store.

1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days

  • Everything in our store is made to order, so please allow up to 14 days for your order to be made

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

  • If we are experiencing high order volume or delays, we will notify you by email

 

Please note: Processing times do not include shipping transit times.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Customs processing

  • Weather or other unforeseen circumstances

We currently do not ship internationally. 

3. Shipping Confirmation &Tracking 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
 

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier system.

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

Carrier options may vary based on your location.

5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you encounter an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

We will assist where possible, but final resolution depends on the carrier’s policies.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If the address provided is incorrect and the order is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
