Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Bunny Corner. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled for orders placed through our online store hosted on the Wix.com platform.

1. Returns Eligibility 

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of receiving the goods. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
     

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, such as:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale or clearance items

2. Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

If you need to request an exchange, contact us at contact@thebunnycorner.com with your order number and a description of the issue.  We may ask for photos or videos to verify the problem.

3. Returns Process 

To start a return:

  2. Wait for return instructions and approval.

  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns 

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
     

If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost may be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Processing time is typically takes 5 business days, depending on the payment provider.
     

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your bank or card company—it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos of the item
     

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution at no cost to you.

8. Cancellations

Order cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been shipped, a cancellation may not be possible, and a return may be required instead.

9. Non-Refundable Situations 

We may refuse a refund if:

  • The item is returned worn, used, or damaged

  • The return is initiated after the return window has passed

  • The item is non-returnable by policy

  • The item is returned without approval
